Here's a preview of Keplr Wallet's upcoming mobile release.

Announcing the upcoming launch of Keplr Wallet mobile for Android and iOS devices. Are you ready for Keplr Mobile? As we await approvals for our iOS and Android applications, here's a preview of what to look forward to and how to be prepared for launch.

Frictionless Onboarding 🏁

Keplr Mobile provides various onboarding options at launch. New and experienced users will see several sign-in methods to choose from:

For NEW Users 👼:

  • Create an account using Google account or Apple ID, or
  • Create an account with a new secret recovery phrase.

For EXISTING Users 🧙:

  • Sign in with Google or Apple ID
  • Import an existing secret recovery phrase
  • Import by pairing a Ledger Nano X, or
  • Import existing Keplr Extension accounts by scanning a QR code.

Exploring the Interchain 🔮

For the first Keplr Mobile release, users will be able to explore cross-chain between three select networks: Cosmos, Osmosis, and Regen. Users can expect similar support to the browser extension with standard features like multi-chain management, staking on validators, redeeming rewards, and participating in governance. We anticipate greatly expanding the network list in the coming months.

Features Preview 🧐

Ledger Nano X

Ledger fans can connect to Keplr Mobile wirelessly via Bluetooth to maximize both user experience and security when interacting with blockchain applications. Wireless hardware wallet support provides an excellent additional layer of security for your Keplr wallet.

WalletConnect

Keplr Mobile comes integrated with WalletConnect, providing access to Web3 applications and giving Keplr Mobile extended connectivity to other networks. Migration to WalletConnect 2.0, which has been architected to better support the interchain ecosystem, will be available soon after launch.
